Cocktail Menu

Gin Fizz:

Shake the gin, sugar syrup, and orange juice with ice, strain into a glass and top with soda water.

50 ml Gin

20 ml Sugar Syrup

30 ml Orange Juice

Top with Soda Water

Whiskey Sour:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.

35 ml Whiskey

15ml Amaretto

20 ml Lemon Juice

20 ml Sugar syrup

Egg white

Garnish with 3 dashes angostura bitters

(If you're a Whiskey fan, use 40ml Whiskey and 10ml Amaretto)

Amaretto Sour:

Shake the amaretto, lemon juice, and sugar syrup with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.

50 ml Amaretto

25 ml Lemon Juice

15 ml Sugar Syrup

Espresso Martini:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

50 ml Vodka

50 ml Freshly Brewed Espresso

50 ml Kahlúa

(For sweeter taste add 5, 10, or 15 ml Sugar Syrup)

Passion Fruit Martini:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

50 ml Vodka

30 ml Passion Fruit Purée

15 ml Orange Juice

White Russian:

Pour vodka and Kahlúa into an ice-filled glass, then top with cream or milk.

50 ml Vodka

20 ml Kahlúa

A splash of Cream or Milk (around 20-30 ml)

Black Russian:

Pour both ingredients into an ice-filled glass and stir gently.

50 ml Vodka

20 ml Kahlúa

Passion Fruit Punch:

Mix all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir well.

40 ml Vodka

30 ml Passion Fruit Purée

40 ml Orange Juice

40 ml Pineapple Juice

Pasoa Sunrise:

Pour Pasoa and orange juice into an ice-filled glass, then gently add a splash of cranberry juice to create a sunrise effect.

50 ml Pasoa

100 ml Orange Juice

A splash of Cranberry Juice (about 10-15 ml)

Pornstar Martini:

50 ml Vodka

15 ml Passoa

30 ml Passion Fruit Purée

15 ml Lime Juice

15 ml Sugar Syrup

25 ml Prosecco (served on the side)
